We do not collect sensitive data or data from children under 14.

The data you provide through the form is not used to send you unsolicited commercial communications.
In addition, we may contact companies using professional contact details published on their own websites to offer our services, based on legitimate interest. If you receive a message from us and do not want to receive more, reply saying so or write to info@markethingslab.com and we will stop contacting you.

If no business relationship is formalized, the data is deleted 12 months after the last contact.

- Formspree (contact form handling): receives the data you type into the form and forwards it to us by email.
- Zoho Mail (corporate email): email communications are handled through the info@markethingslab.com account.
- Email sending tools: for business outreach to companies we may use third-party platforms that process contact addresses solely to send the messages.
- Google Analytics (web analytics): measures usage of the website in aggregate through cookies and identifiers.
- Google Fonts: we load typefaces from Google's servers, which may involve transferring your IP address to Google.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google) to measure its usage in aggregate Google Ads (Google) and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to see which ads bring us requests. These cookies (for example, _ga, _gcl_au and _fbp) are only set if you accept them in the notice shown on arrival.
